Integrated Solutions Management (ISM) was founded in 1991 to help government agencies and commercial organizations improve Information Technology (IT) strategy, performance, and alignment with their respective enterprise goals through cost-effective, optimized solutions, processes, and operations. For three decades, ISM’s core objectives and principles have remained even though our focus has expanded from IT to enterprise service management:
From Day One, we have viewed ourselves as “Your Solutions Partner” (hence the name of the company, Integrated Solutions Management), and our original tag line was “We do whatever it takes to make your business and our partnership successful.”
ISM has nearly three decades of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise consumer off the shelf products, traditionally on-premises solutions in complex environments, and mitigating and preventing risks on a multitude of commercial and federal programs and projects. Over the past several years, the federal and commercial markets and maturing cloud technologies have led ISM to focus on ServiceNow as the recommended platform for enterprise functions and workflow management to reduce complexity and cost for our customers.
We have always been, and still are, consultants to our clients. We work to understand your issues, solve your problems, and get you where you want to go by understanding why you want to get there. It is through our leadership in these engagements that we control and optimize the outcomes for our clients. This same leadership is a key reason for our continued relationships with mission-critical initiatives within the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.
